Elizabeth Blackmar is an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers, ISA, and is a qualified appraiser for the Internal Revenue Service, IRS. All appraisals are Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, USPAP, compliant.
What is USPAP?

The purpose of USPAP is to promote and maintain a high level of public trust in appraisal practice by establishing requirements for appraisers.
The Appraisal Foundation is authorized by Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications. The Appraisal Standards Board, ASB, of the Appraisal Foundation develops, interprets, and amends the USPAP.
